Transit/Shipping Time
The estimated time of transit/shipping is 3-5 days for orders within the US. Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the US. We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

What do I do if I never received my order?
Carrier tracking will provide up-to-date information about your package. Do I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes! Your post-purchase email includes your order tracking number (typically sent within 2-4 days after ordering, unless there is high demand) and a link to our tracking tool. Simply copy the tracking number provided within the email and paste it into the tracking tab. What is the return policy?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us via email or phone call within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund.
IMPORTANT: Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Exchanges
Due to varying product availability, we are unable to guarantee exchanges except in very limited circumstances. A refund would be a suggested option in this case.
My order arrived damaged or it’s missing.
If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will issue you a replacement or a complete refund. If you want to return the item to us, we will cover the shipping costs.

Our products are largely made in the USA, with some products manufactured in Asia.

I doubled the order by mistake. Can the second order be canceled?
Yes, your second order can be canceled if a member of our staff is notified within 24 hours after purchase. Please reach out to help@valuedealsclub.com with the subject line "duplicate order - cancel order." You may also call us at (888) 893 99 81. We are available Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST.Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can't be canceled anymore.
I received an email saying my order was delivered but it hasn’t arrived yet.
If your order status shows as delivered but you haven't received it yet, here are some steps you can take:
- Check with other recipients
Your order could have been received by other members of your household, guards, receptionists, or lobby personnel on your behalf. You may also check your mailbox and with neighbors. - Check your local pickup points
Your order could be at your local pickup point. A simple Google search of your area will show you available pickup locations. - Contact the courier service
You can directly contact the logistics partner. If you received a call or SMS from the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Rider, consider reaching out to them to ask about your package. - Check your delivery address
Ensure that your delivery address is correct. You can view your delivery address on the order details page and in your order confirmation email.
Raise a refund requestYou may raise a refund request for non-receipt of the order if it has been over 14 days since your purchase. Please reach out to help@valuedealsclub.com. We will respond to your query within business hours (Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm EST). You may also call us at (888) 893 99 81
UPS says this is not a valid tracking number
When your order is ready to ship, we assign the UPS tracking number. Until UPS scans that number and loads your package into the truck, it will show up as invalid.
If you attempt to track your order, try it after 8 pm ET or the following business day for the best results.
